4Kuba comes back with more fire in their hands… The Cactus keeps burning and more fiercely than ever before…
Part 2 of the Burning Cactus Ep, bring us some powerful beats direct from the Belarusian 4Kuba Towers…
First up an awesome remix of the massive ‘I Don’t Think So’ by MKM & GBX, which smashed charts all over the place… Here we can find some serious darkness in a hypnotic and vibrating track, hands in the air now!!!
On the flip ‘Breakthrough’ gives us a perfect example of what 4Kuba is all about. This guys brings a total feel of punk rock, with distorted vocals and crazy drums-edits, with reminders to Prodigy or Pendulum…. Simply Brutal!!!

Top one!
After the massive hit of the previous releases on iBreaks and a very strong ending to 2008, here we come back with the label's heavier side and this new signing to iBreaks Bass…. No other than 4KUBA!
Burning Cactus is the first EP of this Belarusian formation out soon with iBreaks Bass and shows the strength and originality of their production skills.
"Burning Cactus. Part 1" does exactly what it says in the tin… extremely hot and edgy tracks with the typical 4KUBA sound where intensity goes through the loft even with the most secure insulation in place.
You'll be hooked to this EP from BAR 1 not being able to avoid it… and you'll be simply begging for Part 2 to arrive…..!!! well…. It will come!!
2009 is the year of ……. iBreaks!!!

4Kuba - Phunky Maiden:
Proper tune coming your way from 4Kuba! This ones
got a quirky vocal and super squelchy synth line!
This is a really fun tune that is absolutely smooth.
Once the 2nd breakdown hits the vocal takes over
a bit and the tune takes a turn into a massive
Bassline. Shortly after its back to the same fun
styled tune and the bass action picks up a good
bit to take it on home. I really dig this one
and with a look at the line up for RMX duties
this release is gonna be a MONSTER!

Takomo and Dejaru, all time transverse favorite
Takomo combined with up and comer Dejaru who all

Bijoubreaks.com (Chris Undesided):
Original:
4Kuba have formed somewhat of a signature sound over their number of releases. Lonedog is a groovy tune with an angry yet danceable lead synth. The female vocals is nice and sexy with just the right amount of filter & delay layered over it. The drums are a big ploddy through out the tune, but I guess from what I heard in Miami that is what is hot at the moment. Two things are for sure. This is a solid tune that will help maintain the groove on your dance floor and Bombtraxx / Highgrade knows how to pick them.
Break The Box Remix:
Right off the bat the B.T.B. remix is where it is at for me. Chunky drums and short little melodic riffs layer the mix in portion of the tune. Then the Female vocal and a nice deep synth lead carry the tune in to the meat where it takes a heavier / funkier approach and seem to carry a bit more energy than the original remix. about halfway through the tune is drops down again and enters into a bit of a trancy state of mind, which dependant on how you play it could get your crowd to go mental. It then drops back into the same chunky filthy tune, but slowly introduces the trancy melody back in which left me with a really good feeling. All in all this tune is going to do numbers.
At April 2008 the belarussian project Access Denied have been released their single Atomic Reactor.

XSSR Music: Matreshka. Balalaika. Vodka. All these things are not good enough.
We present the first post-soviet souvenir from XSSR Music Label – it’s a track «Аtomic reactor». This is real matreshka of breaks: starting with old school Kid Digital sound, though Access Denied Tech-sound in original and 4KUBA remix to Neuro-bassline remix from Mars.
It is not an atomic reactor. But it will blow up dance floors for sure! Attention. Dangerous. Ex-USSR sound is coming!
At February 2008 the new EP 4KUBA - Freak inside have been released.

Born Idle London: 4Kuba and Maria Lonedog follow up from their smash E.P – Coming, with 2 more blinding, floor-rockers.
“Freak Inside” is a dirty, filthy, peak-time floor filler with seductive vocals that will make the hair on the back of your neck stand on end.
“Sometimes” lightens the load, but remains heavyweight. Old skool influences a plenty! Get out the happy pills!
